Inevid is a personal health intelligence platform. It helps you understand your genomic data, bloodwork, and health metrics through AI-powered analysis and visualization.

Eddie (our AI companion) provides health education and interpretation of your data. Eddie's responses are informational and should be discussed with your healthcare provider before acting on them.

Inevid operates under the FDA's General Wellness policy (FDA-2014-N-1039). The platform is intended only to help users maintain or encourage a healthy lifestyle. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease or condition.

The genomic interpretations, biomarker analysis, and supplement recommendations provided by Inevid are for general wellness and educational purposes. They do not constitute medical claims.

Your health data belongs to you. Period. Inevid is a custodian, not an owner. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the platform's services to you. This license terminates immediately when you delete your account.

You can export all your data at any time. You can delete all your data at any time. We will never claim ownership of your genomic data, bloodwork, or any health information you provide.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account. Not share your account credentials with others. Not upload data that belongs to someone else without their explicit consent. Not use the platform to practice medicine or provide medical advice to others. Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond your own data exports. Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected].

Inevid offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available for unused full months within 30 days of charge.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period. If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Inevid provides health information for educational and wellness purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any health outcomes, medical decisions, or clinical actions taken based on information provided by the platform. We are not liable for the accuracy of third-party lab results, genomic sequencing data, or wearable device data that you upload. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Inevid is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect availability.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your encryption key is destroyed within 30 days, making your data permanently unrecoverable.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that threatens the security or privacy of other users. We will provide notice before termination except in cases of serious violation.

The Inevid platform, including Eddie's AI system, the personalized threshold engine, and all associated algorithms, software, and design, are the intellectual property of Inevid, Inc. Your use of the platform does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as intended.

Your health data is yours. Our technology is ours. This distinction is clear and intentional.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

The "no data selling" commitment in our Privacy Policy is a founding principle that cannot be changed through a terms update.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio, except where prohibited by applicable law.
